He is survived by: his children, Kambria Hooper Evans and Daniel Sorget Hooper; his siblings, Margaret Carty (John), Anne Hooper and Frank J Hooper; his girlfriend Pamela Upperman; his girlfriend's daughter Stephanie Holland (Jonathan); and also, Aidan, Dylan and Addyson.
