He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Stephens and Agnes Stephens (Curran); his wife Evelyn Hatch of Scituate; and his siblings, Terry, Bill Stephens and Peg McPherson.
He is survived by: his children, Box, Memphis and Ranson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
