She is survived by: her children, Matthew J. (Carolyn Cooper) of West Roxbury, Pamela Chambers (Tom) of Hanson, Brian (Andrea) of Weymouth and Michael (Kelly) of Hanson; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jonathan, David, Tommy Bartley, Sarah Chambers, Amira Cooper, Chloe and Emily Cooper; her siblings, Russell (Nancy Peterson) of Boston and Linda Armstrong of South Truro; and her pet Leo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to a Pet Rescue of the donor's choice.
