He is survived by: his parents, Sherry McAdams (Kevin) and Lee Flaherty (Laurie); his siblings, Danielle Flaherty (Kristy), Erin Flaherty (Josh), Kevin McAdams III (Laeann), Kylie McAdams, Jesse McAdams, Hunter Flaherty and Leo Flaherty; his grandparents, Kate and Mitch Mackiewicz; his aunts, Beth Crawford, Michelle Bourgeois and Crystal Tuell; and his uncle Everett Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
If you would like to honor Christopher's memory a donation can be made in his name to The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a camp that is designed for terminally ill children and gives them the opportunity to attend a summer camp as well as hospital outreach.
