He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel P. and Mary F. Collins (McInnis); his wife Linda J. Collins (Campbell); his daughter Danielle K. Collins; Regina M. Gallagher (Chiavaroli), Edward J. Collins and Eleanor C. Kelsey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen J. Sims (William) of Englewood, Kimberly M. Connolly of South Weymouth, Gina A. Patete (Tony) of East Bridgewater and Amanda M. Pfistner (Sean) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jessica, Bridget, Jack, Anthony, Ava, Jacob, Abigail and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Haley and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
