He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Condon II and Catherine A. Condon (Lynch); and his sister Kathleen Armstrong of Danvers. He is survived by: his child Chris Condon (Stacy) of Friendswood, Texas.; his brother James W. Condon III (Cinthia) of Framingham; and his close friend Louise Marshall of Quincy. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
