She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carlson and Grace Carlson (Merritt); and her sibling Waler Carlson Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald P. Uvanitte of Quincy; her son Shawn; her daughter-in-law Michelle; her granddaughter Rory; and her siblings, Carol Bruce of Quincy, Signe Kelcourse (Russell) of Quincy, William Carlson, Richard Carlson, Buddy Stoddard, Patricia Pardo, Florence Traniello, Judy Livingstone and Karen Garland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Donna may be made to Holy Trinity Parish, 227 Sea Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
