He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen (McCarthy). He is survived by: his children, Donna Welch (Michael) of Quincy, Debra Weare of Lexington, SC, Edward Lyons Jr. (Karen) of Bethlehem, PA and Michael (Anne) of Apex, NC.; and his sister Elizabeth Lyons of Quincy.
