He was predeceased by: his father Edward M. Flavin; and his brother Lawrence M. Flavin (Mary) of Quincy. He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Juliann; his wife Roseann Flavin (Rodricks); his son Timothy P. Flavin of Weymouth; his friend Aisling Ruane (Edward J. Flavin); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Michaela, Michael and Thomas; and his brother John P. Flavin of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
