In loving memory of Elissa Zonis of Quincy, Massachusetts, who departed this world on April 6, 2025 at the age of 87. Elissa leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Elissa farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Elissa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin; and her parents, Eve Richmond and Louis Richmond. She is survived by: her children, Beth Zonis (Ron Levine) of Lexington, Jon Zonis (Jennifer) of New Canaan and Louise Zonis (David Fox) of San Francisco; and her grandchildren, Charlotte, Maia, Evan, Josh and Bridget.
