He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael Costa. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Belanger (Edwards); his children, Paul Belanger of Plainville, Michelle Costa (Belanger) of Braintree and Mark Belanger of Brookline; his grandchildren, Daniel Belanger, Nicole Belanger, Caitlin Belanger, Brian Belanger, Rachel Costa, Joshua Belanger and Benjamin Belanger; and his sisters, Dorothy Phillips (Dotti) and Eugenie Sciarini (Jeanne).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (237 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Emil's name may be made to the NVNA and Hospice Charitable Fund.
