She was predeceased by: her sister Jane DeBartolo; and her parents, Paul Crowley and May Crowley. She is survived by: her husband Kevin V. Cook; her children, Kevin P. Cook, Gregory E. Cook (Jeremy Corb) of Whitman and Heather M. Goodwin (Sean) of Sanbornton, N. H.; her grandchildren, Ava Cook, Lila Cook, Nicholas Cook, Shannon Goodwin, Patrick Goodwin and Brendan Goodwin; and her siblings, Dianne Carroll of Middleboro, Paula Ayer of Quincy, Anna McGuinness and Paul Crowley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and family.
