He was predeceased by: his father John W. Chludzinski. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Chludzinski (Foye); his daughters, Jill Saucier of Quincy and Amy L. Chludzinski of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Ashley, Alyssa, Adriana and Olivia. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
