He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Brown and Katherine Brown (Coughlin); his grandfather Jim; his brothers, Samuel and Eugene Brown; and his friends, Edward Gibbons, Francis Hanafin, John Hanafin, Daniel Hart, John Tolland and Robert Swanton.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Brown (Taylor); his daughters, Maryanne Weishaupt (Christopher) of Milford, CT, Catherine Houston (Timothy) of Reading, MA, Susan Trojan (Christopher) of Cranford, NJ and Patricia Elkins (Andrew) of Worcester, MA.; and his grandchildren, Lauren Dorrenbacher (Michael), Alexander Elkins (Kassandra), James Houston (Katie), Kaitlin Elkins, William Weishaupt, Patrick Trojan, Theodore Trojan, Benjamin Elkins and Erin Trojan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Parish (550 Washington St, Quincy, MA 02169).
