He was predeceased by: his father Blair Shick; and his nephew Sean. He is survived by: his mother Sondra Shick; his former wife Karen Shick; his son Ben; his siblings, Courtney (Carol) and Liz (Dom); his siblings-in-law, Michael, Diane and Teresa; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Ashley, Jennifer, Rebecca, Amanda and Justin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
