She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Hawkesworth and Willis Hawkesworth; and her brother Robert Blake. She is survived by: her cousin Muriel Brown of Newport; and her sibling's children, Ken Blake of Rockland, MA, Marcia Cunningham of Littleton, CO, Lawrence Blake of Victoria, MN, Cindy Blake of Marshfield, MA and Bob Blake of Stoughton, MA.
