He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daly and Joan Daly (Fenton). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Katie" Daly; his son Conor; his pet Belle; and his siblings, Nancy Mascaro of New Jersey, Barbara Hale of Marshfield and Christopher Daly (Diane) of Norwell.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, only 10 guests will be permitted within the funeral home at once, masks are required, and guests should bring their own pens to sign the register book.
