With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph H. Mulligan of Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 12, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mulligan and Helen Mulligan (Ferriter); and his daughter Helen A. Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Mulligan (Mangan); his children, Maureen Penta (Charles) of Allenhurst, N. J., Joseph E. Mulligan (Linda) of Braintree, Patricia Mulligan Flaherty (Brian) of Norwell, Kevin Mulligan (Bonnie) of Quincy and Anne Mulligan Mahoney (Kevin) of Quincy; and his siblings, Mary A. DePaulo of Quincy, Helen McKenna, Irene Schoaf, James Mulligan and John Mulligan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
