We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joseph W. Lyons (Quincy, Massachusetts). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Alda Lyons of Quincy; his daughter Nancy Lyons of Jamaica Plain; his sister Janice Staruch (David); and his nieces, Margo and Darcy Staruch.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may be made to the Boston Center for Independent Living, the Disability Policy Consortium, or a charity of your choice.
