She was predeceased by : her parents, Pasquale LaBollita and Ann LaBollita (Welch) of Dorchester; and her siblings, Patty D'Antuono, Kathy Doyle and Billy LaBollita. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Judy's name to PKD Foundation for Polycystic Kidney Disease.
