She was predeceased by: her father Joseph O'Leary; her husband Ernest L. Stangel; her sister Virginia Savisky; and her granddaughter Heather Stangel. She is survived by: her children, Ernest J. Stangel (Karen) of South Carolina, Joseph R. Stangel (Nancy) of Maine, Donna M. Chaput (Paul) of Quincy and Lawrence Stangel (Jeanne) of Rhode Island; her siblings, Joseph O'Leary and Janet Barter; and her grandchildren, Nicole McGrath (Jim), Christopher Chaput (Mary Ann Buckley), Danielle Albert (Cliff), Justin Stangel, Katie MacLaine (John), Jessie Howell (Rich) and Gina Stangel (Michael). She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law's home with her granddaughter, her husband, and great-granddaughters.
