With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo J. Buckley Jr. of Quincy, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Buckley and Theresa Buckley (Matricia); and his wife Patricia A. Buckley (Curry). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl A. Stull of North Carolina, Kathleen A. Glass of Quincy, Brian J. Buckley of Taunton and Michael J. Buckley (Lindsay Ward) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Ronald J. Stull, Jr. (Kayla), Kristen Cain, Jason Cain and Michael Glass; his great grandchildren, Lily and Lia Stull; his siblings, Dorothy McCarthy and John A. Buckley; and his nephews, John and Mark Buckley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Brothers Home For Funerals (1 Independence Ave, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Joseph's Church (550 Washington St, Quincy, MA 02169).
