She was predeceased by: her son Michael; her parents, James White and Marion Payson White; and her siblings, James White, Charles White, John White, Jane Daley and Marion Kiernan.
She is survived by: her husband William Denneen; her sons, Mark Denneen (Anthony Coyle), Bill (Suzanne Denneen) and Jeff (Anne Denneen); her daughter-in-law Jen Trynin of Watertown; her grandchildren, Henry, Maeve, Ruby, Darcy, Gracie, Rachel and Liam Denneen; and her sister Dorothy O'Brien of Weymouth.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keohane's Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (386 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02171). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to Project Alive, a non-profit organization focused on research, advocacy and family support for people like her grandson, Liam, impacted by Hunter Syndrome; or to the Thomas Crane Public Library, 40 Washington St., Quincy, MA 02169.
