He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Carlson (Della Camera) and Dennis Kay; his stepfather Bruce Carlson; his grandparents, Joseph and Jean Della Camera; his aunts and uncles, Tom, James Kay, Joseph, Mary Della Camera, Steven, Silvana Della Camera, Lisa (Della Camera) and David Pezzone; his stepsister Kerri Hawkes; and his half-brother Matthew Donnelly. He is also survived by his grandparents, Papa and Gram, and a special friendship with.
