It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen A. Amato of Quincy, Massachusetts, born in Dedham, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Amato; her children, Alicia G. Simoes (Brad) of Swansea, Erica M. Amato (Alex) of Bavaria and Derek M. Amato (Meghan) of Halifax; her grandchildren, Angelina, Bennett, Makensie and Michael; and her sister Colleen Swanson (Harley) of Hartford, Maine..
