He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Santostefano (Perroso) and Vincent Santostefano; and his sister Norma Bell (late George). He is survived by: his wife Josephine Santostefano (Petrillo) of Quincy; his children, Vincent Santostefano (Ann Marie) of Sagamore Beach, Elizabeth MacDonald (Michael) of Quincy, Michelle LaPierre (Joseph) of Quincy and Lisa Skinner (Robert "Duka") of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Angela (Dennis), Nicole, Matthew, Danielle, Michael (Julie), Gabrielle and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Gianna, Francesca, Luca, Aria and Vincent; and his sister Mary Adduci (George) of Rockland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
