She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeffrey Moulton and Ruth Moulton (Gardner); her husband William A. "Will" Cox; her children, Margaret, Neil, Patrick and Maureen Cox; and her child-in-law Cherise T. Cox.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cox (Joanne) of Centerville, William A. Cox, Jr. (Jeanne) of Quincy, Joseph W. Cox of Quincy and Brendan P. Cox of Quincy; and her daughter-in-law Diane M. Cox of Carver. She is also survived by four siblings and is survived by many nieces, nephews.
