He was predeceased by: his parents, James MacDonald and Anna MacDonald (Quinlan); his siblings, James "Jimmy" MacDonald and Patricia "Trisha" Blanchard (MacDonald); and his brother-in-law Herbert Broy Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Angela MacDonald (Midura); his sons, James MacDonald (Sara Bryn) and John MacDonald; his sister Ellen Broy (MacDonald); his siblings-in-law, David Blanchard and Jane MacDonald; his mother-in-law Gayle Midura; and his siblings-in-law, Louis and Patricia Midura. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
