With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rain Ann Chenette of Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Drohan and Patricia (Hogard); her sons, Matthew Chenette and Lucas Chenette; and her brother Edward Drohan.
She is survived by: her children, John Chenette Jr. of Quincy, Michael Chenette of Quincy and Kristin Chenette of Quincy; her grandchildren, Tyler Chenette, Natalie Chenette, Madison Chenette, Tayla Chenette, Kallie Chenette, Cole Chenette, Thomas Chenette and Mia Pecevich; and her siblings, Shawn Shaw of Ashland, Robin Burge of Framingham and Scott Drohan of Quincy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel (650 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church (1015 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral Mass will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church of Holy Trinity Parish (1015 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
