He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lawrence Godfrey and Evelyn Bertha Godfrey (Hosford); and his grandparents, Walter Francis Hosford, Evelyn Marie Hosford (Kelsey), Walter Monroe Godfrey and Lillian Catherine Godfrey (Lawrence).
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael D. Godfrey of Quincy, Erin M. Godfrey of Quincy and Noel C. Godfrey of Pembroke; his siblings' children, Michael, Jennifer, Noelle, Courtney and Linnea; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tanner, Landon, Calum, Nathan and Whitney.
