We announce the death of Richard J. O'Neil of Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie D. O'Neil (LeBlanc) and Cornelius O'Neil; and his brother Edward T. O'Neil. He is survived by: his cousins, Barbara Howes of Lowell, MA, Richard Howes (Joanne) of Exeter, NH and Elaine Golubisky (LeBlanc) of Dunstable; his friend Kathleen McGrath Fitts; and his caregivers, Dale Gordon-Payette, Joleen Labour and Bill King.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (237 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Pine Hill Cemetery (815 Willard St, Quincy, MA 02169).
