It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Patrick Flavin of Quincy, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Flavin and Helen Flavin (Donovan); his daughter Leslie (Rich); his grandchildren, Bitsy and Duke McCarthy of Los Gatos; his daughter Meredith Flavin (Alan Frank); his granddaughter Helena of Carlsbad, California.; and his siblings, Marilyn Colman (Richard), Marguerite Flavin and James J. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, in-laws, cousins and extended family.
