He is survived by: his wife Janice Baszkiewicz (Stack); his daughters, Renee O'Toole (Sean) of Quincy and Laura Ricciardelli (Mark) of Reading; his grandchildren, Olivia, Avery, Patrick, Cailyn, Isabella and Arianna; his brothers, Paul (Patty Baszkiewicz) of Quincy and Edward (Joanne Baszkiewicz) of South Boston; and his siblings-in-law, Jay, Kathy Stack of South Boston and Eileen Stack of Braintree. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
