He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: John and Anna (Rinaldi) Tombari; wife: Inez D. ("Enis") (Calcagno) Tombari; children: Robert J. Tombari, Jr. (Karon Tombari) and Lisa M. Turner (Richard Turner); grandchildren: Robert J. Tombari III (Jessica Tombari), Madison T. Ford (Kyle Ford), and Bryan K. Turner (Mary Turner); great grandchildren: Wesley Tombari; siblings: the late Barbara A. Standish (the late Lawrence Standish); brother-in-law: the late Albert ("Chippy") Calcagno; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Brothers Home For Funerals (1 Independence Ave, Quincy, MA 02169). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish at Saint Mary's Church (95 Crescent St, Quincy, MA 02169). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Mount Wollaston Cemetery (20 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
