She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Forbush, Elizabeth Holland of Randolph and Roberta Murphy of Quincy; her children, Roger Dougenik (Jan Matherson) of Whitman, Nancy Dougenik-Storrs and Marybeth Lynch of Quincy; her grandchildren, Jessica Lynch (Dave DeMayo) of Pembroke, Brian (Jennifer Lynch) of Quincy, Alex Lynch (Lauren Mendoza) of Weymouth, Meredith Storrs-McGinnis (John McGinnis) of Medford, Fallon (Patrick Creedon) of Whitman, Sarah and Jackie Dougenik of Quincy; her great grandchildren, Brianna DeMayo, Morgan, Harlow Creedon and Elianna Lynch; and her former husband Roger.
