He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Ann Kephart. He is survived by: his brothers, Patrick Kelly (Patti), Michael Kelly and Terrance Kelly (Laurie); his brother-in-law Joe Nicolli; his siblings' children, Bryan Kelly (Lisa), Jennifer Kelly, Patrick Kelly (Samantha), Nicholas Kelly and Danielle Kelly; and his close friend Rick Menard.
