He was predeceased by: his father Charles Urban; his wife Debra A. "Debbie" Urban (Llewellyn); his son William J. Urban; and his sister Mary Urban. He is survived by: his children, John A. Urban (Cathy) of Quincy and Kimberly A. Urban of Weymouth; and his sisters, Marie Salvaggio (Anthony) of East Boston and Carol Urban of Derry, N. H.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
