He was predeceased by: his wife Alice F. O'Neill (Welch); and his grandson Liam. He is survived by: his sons, William Jr. of Braintree, Patrick of Brockton and Stephen O'Neill of Brockton; his siblings, Michael, Daniel, Falmouth, Jack of Truro, Mark of Fall River, Brian of Sandwich, Linda Ginn of Mashpee, Katie Bent of Kensington, NH and Nancy Buchenan of Sandwich; and his grandchildren, Madison, William, Aiden, Kaley and Maeve.
