She was predeceased by: her parents, Velina Noisette and Jules Bellevue. She is survived by: her sister Charity Bellevue (Madam Seide); and her children, Bertrand Bellevue, Primerose Roberson, Monique Rosario, Winzorka Roberson, Boinel Roberson and Faubert Roberson.
