He is survived by: his fiancée Pauline Mosier; his mother Margaret R Mofford; his siblings, Donald Mofford (Donna), Daniel Mofford, Elizabeth Wilson, Helen Henkel and Mindy Mofford; his children, John "Jake" S. Mofford, Linda Mofford and Kevin R. Mosier (Ashley Russo); and his grandson Wesley M. Mosher.
John attended Randolph High school and upon graduation started his own foundation company at the age of 19, Mofford Foundation Inc.
