He was predeceased by: his father Donald G Mofford; and his brother Douglas G Mofford. He is survived by: his fiancée Pauline Mosier; his mother Margaret R Mofford; his siblings, Donald Mofford (Donna), Daniel Mofford, Elizabeth Wilson, Helen Henkel and Mindy Mofford; his children, John "Jake" S. Mofford, Linda Mofford and Kevin R. Mosier (Ashley Russo); and his grandson Wesley M. Mosher.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (120 N Main St, Randolph, MA 02368). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
John attended Randolph High school and upon graduation started his own foundation company at the age of 19, Mofford Foundation Inc.
