She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvio Bernasconi and Charlotte Bernasconi (Dill); her husband John Obin; her stepdaughter Maryann Hermann; and her brothers, Joseph and Robert Bernasconi.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Cardello (Bill) of Braintree and Lynn Rowell (Scott) of Rockland; her stepchildren, Karan Burnham of Florida, Christine Nagy of Florida, John "Jackie" Obin of Florida, Robert "Bobby" Obin of New Hampshire and Sheri Toledo of Florida; her adoptive daughter Amy McIntyre of Weymouth; her grandchildren, Andrew Rowell (Caroline), Nicholas Rowell, Lisa Cardello and Kelly Cardello; her siblings, Ricky Bernasconi (Chelsey) of Abington, Carol Bernasconi of Randolph and Barbara Butterfield of Braintree; and her sister-in-law Marjorie "Dee Dee" Bernasconi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
