He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Brooks Hagins and Lou Bertha Hagins; his wife Jimmye Lou; and his son Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Leon Hagins of Randolph, MA and Carl Hagins of Charlotte, NC; his daughter-in-law Christa Hagins; and his grandson Grant Hagins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
