He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Leary and MaryJane Leary (Merritt). He is survived by: his wife Avis (MacIntire); his daughters, Beth Leary and Erin Titus (Thomas Clark); his stepson Timothy O'Brien (Joelle); his grandchildren, Matthew, Cameron, Brandon, April and Aidan; and his siblings, Michael Leary (Barbara), Patricia Griffin (Ted), Kathleen Ajoue, Jeanne Durrigan, Theresa Walczak and Ann Bissonnette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home (350 Somerset Ave, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
