With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen B. Lounsbury of Raynham, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 17, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen B. Lounsbury to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert H. Lounsbury; her parents, Andrew Barkan and Anna Barkan (Wacz); and her siblings, Edward and Stella Torres.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Silvia (Gary) of Raynham and Laurel Nunes (Donald) of Cape Cod; her granddaughters, Heather Bairos and Tanya Bernier; her great grandchildren, John Jr., Ashton Bairos, Ethan and Noah Bernier; her pets, Gabriella Rose and Alex; and her brothers, John, Joseph and Walter Barkan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts made to; Perkins School for the Blind, 175 North Beacon St., Watertown, MA 02472 or Forever Paws Animal Shelter, 300 Lynwood St., Fall River, MA 02721 in Helen's memory, would be deeply appreciated.
