He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Mendoza and Mary Mendoza (Coute); his sister Dorothy Ferreira; and his wife Irene Mendoza (Coelho). He is survived by : his children, Linda Lavender and Michael Mendoza; and his granddaughter Melissa Mendoza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
