He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda M. Silvia (Todorsky); his parents, Frank F. Silvia and Louise C.; his grandparents, Alvaro G. and Mary (Rapoza); his children, Eric S. Silvia of St. Paul and Torie L. Sylvia (John) of Dighton; his grandsons, Tyler and Jackson Sylvia of Dighton; and his siblings, Edward LaFreniere of Taunton, Judith Ferris of Taunton, Louise Dias of Taunton, Suzanne LaFreniere of Taunton, Janine LaFreniere of Taunton, Francis J. Silvia, Richard, Scott, James and Louis LaFreniere. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (372 Middleboro Ave, East Taunton, MA 02718).
