He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Douglass and Marion Douglass (Rooney); his wife Mary Jane Enlich; his significant other Patricia Rowe (Nordling); his brother Arthur F. Douglass; and his nephew Scott Douglass.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith Martin; his pet Reading; his children, Martin Douglass (Robert Messick), Christina Ahern (Daniel), Melissa Douglass (Hughie Langdon), John B. Douglass II (Laurie), Julia Galione (Kris), Eric Rowe (Nick Shiren), Patricia Rowe Jones (Michael), Kristen Rowe, Paul Rowe (Patricia), Robert Rowe (Marissa), Michael Rowe (Angela) and Victoria Rowe; his grandchildren, Douglass Ahern (Kaleah), Shawn Ahern, Riley Lynch (Graham), Andrew Jackson (Carley), Lacey Douglass, Sean Douglass, Lucas Ohm, Robert Galione, Mark Davey (Rachel), John Davey, Taylor Ward (Mike), Scott Rowe (Lauren), Connor Rowe, Teagan Rowe, Sebron Rowe, Gibson Rowe, Gretchen Williams (Nathanial), Campbell Rowe, Holly Rowe, Samantha Rowe and Ella Rowe; his great grandchildren, Iroh Ahern, Foster, Bowen Lynch, Annabelle, Olivia Davey, Henley, Emerson Ward, George Rowe and Rowan Esposito; his niece Susan Johnson (Jay); and his nephews, Mark Douglass and Brett Douglass.
