He is survived by : his wife Carol Perletz; his children, David Perletz (Amanda) of St. Peters, MO and Jennie Perletz-Fort (Thayne) of Denver; his grandsons, Nathan Perletz and Tyson Fort; and his nieces and nephews, Sera Smith, Leah Perletz Phillips and Lissa Perletz. He is also survived by aunt, uncle, and many cousins.
