He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Gallagher, (Kreger); and his brother John Gallagher. He is survived by: his father Richard P. Gallagher, Sr.; his wife Ann; his children, Caleb and Catherine; his nephews, Will Heatley, Luke Gallagher and Aidan Powers-Riggs; Patricia Heatley, Lynda Gallagher (Stanley), Brian Powers, Katie Riggs, Mary Powers, Mary Campagnolo and Natalia Powers-Riggs.
