It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland P. Houde of Reading, Massachusetts, born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parent Plouffe; his wife Mary Houde (Gosbee); his sons, Christopher R. Houde (Susan) of Woburn and Steven M. Galuna of Nashua, NH.; his grandchildren, Kayla Houde and Kevin Houde (Carrie); and his siblings, Pauline Berube and Daniel Houde. He was also cherished by several loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Douglass, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home (25 Sanborn St, Reading, MA 01867). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home (25 Sanborn St, Reading, MA 01867). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Athanasius Church (300 Haverhill St, Reading, MA 01867).
